Caregivers Need Support Too
About The Program

The Missouri Caregiver Program (MCP) is available with grant funds from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) to address Alzheimer’s Disease and other related dementia. Community Asset Builders partners with the Greater Missouri Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and Memory Care Home Solutions to make this program possible.
The MCP supports caregivers caring for their loved ones with memory loss in the home setting, throughout the state of Missouri through outreach, free care consultations, education, training, referrals, and financial support.
The MCP is designed to reduce stress, improve communication, make home safety improvements, and provide reimbursement for qualified care-related expenses. It helps caregivers provide the best quality of life possible for their loved ones while reducing emotional and at least some financial burdens.
