Embracing Pride Month: Gratitude for an Inclusive Workplace at CAB

As I reflect on the start of Pride Month, I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude for the opportunity to work at CAB. This time of the year holds a special place in my heart, both personally and professionally . I am incredibly fortunate to be part of an organization that not only recognizes the value of diversity but actively fosters an environment where everyone feels welcomed, respected, and celebrated.

Pride Month is a time for celebration, but it is also a reminder that our work towards inclusion is ongoing. I am grateful to be part of an organization that understands this, and continuously strives to learn, grow, and adapt. It is a privilege to work alongside colleagues who share this commitment, fostering an environment where diversity is cherished, and every team member can bring their authentic self to work.
